Donate to Win Luxury South Florida Condominium
Tired of sending that monthly check to your mortgage company? Unable to purchase a new home because of stricter lending requirements? Foreclosure on your horizon? Tired of paying rent and having nothing to show for your money? Looking for that vacation getaway? Want to be mortgage free for the rest of your life? Then register for a chance to become the new owner of a luxury condominium for little more than the cost of a night out. The approximately 1,770 square foot, 2-bedroom, 2 ½ bath Brownstone is located approximately 1 mile from Fort Lauderdale Beach and 2 miles from downtown Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Proceeds will be distributed to the local chapter of the American Heart Association, Brain Injury Association of Florida, Inc. (BIAF), Soldiers Undertaking Disabled Suba (SUDS), and other deserving charities.
Rules:
- Entry tickets are available for a donation of $100 USD each.
- You must be 18 years or older to participate.
- A minimum of 5,000 donations must be received by 12:00 pm EST, February 1, 2009 in order for the drawing to proceed. If the minimum is not met, all donations will be returned within 30 days.
- For each $100 USD donation, donors will receive a four-digit number and unique validation code via email or USPS (for those without an email address).
- Unique, randomly generated numbers will be issued non-sequentially (for example, the first donor may receive 5478 and the second may receive 0234 as opposed to the first receiving 0000, the second 0001, the third 0002, etc.).
- Donor requests for specific four-digit numbers will not be honored.
- The list of donors will be posted to the website no later than 8:00 pm EST on February 1, 2009 and will include first name, last name initial, city, state, country, and assigned number (i.e., David C., Boston, Massachusetts, USA, 2741). Donors will also receive a copy of the donor list at the time of their donation and may request updated lists by email homefree2009@yahoo.com.
- Proceeds will be donated to the local chapter of the American Heart Association, Brain Injury Association of Florida, Inc. (BIAF), Soldiers Undertaking Disabled Suba (SUDS), and other charities.
- Drawing will be held February 2, 2009.
- The new owner will be the holder of the four-digit number that exactly matches the February 2, 2009 Florida Lottery Play Four midday draw (1:30 pm) winning number.
- If no matching number is drawn, subsequent Florida Play Four drawings will be used until an exact match occurs.
- Issued validation code will be used to verify the winner (see Rule 3).
The winner will receive: Clear deed to furnished luxury condominium described above and in the Features & Amenities section of the website; an assigned lower-level parking space; 2009 Property Taxes prepaid; 2009 Maintenance Fees prepaid; and one-year Service America Contract covering all appliances, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air conditioner, etc.
